Functional Responsibilities 

  • Provide technical support and resolve end user requests.
  • Work hand in hand with other technology teams to provide solutions to end user needs. 
  • Creates documentation and Implementation of Standard changes, as well as support on Normal Changes. 
  • Deploy patches, and support overall Windows & Linux platforms and related infrastructure. 
  • Perform peer reviews for Method of Procedure and enforce policies and standardization. 
  • Operate medium to high complex tasks on VMWare, ESXi, Physical server. 
  • Configure System settings as per global policies and standardization. 
  • Configure and operate DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, NTP, Shared Folder Services and Cloud Platform Provisioning.
  • Configure and operate Appliances, Proxies, Storages, Netapp, etc. 

Additional Job Description

Position Summary 

Systems Administrator II will be responsible for providing, planning, conducting, directing the analysis of medium business initiatives to be actioned upon. In charge of defining and managing requirements as well as providing support to a variety of server systems in all environments supported by the Technical team. Main duties include ticket resolution for System Medium to Highly complex related requests, developing documentation, providing technical support and resolving incidents and performance problems. Creation and review of Method of Procedure documents as well as Change management procedures enforcement and review. Work towards standardization of processes as well as automation of tasks involving maintenance and policy enforcement.
