Description and Requirements

TELUS International is looking for a Staffing Manager to join the AI team in Spain, Barcelona. 

The Staffing Manager is focusing on staffing coordination on specific client accounts. Staffing Manager is the client contact on staffing needs and responsible for improving staffing processes of external resources on the client accounts assigned to. 


  • Will support the organization’s business objectives by driving production through leadership and will assist management and may direct on-site daily operations, monitor existing client accounts and seek to strengthen client relationships with existing clients
  • Act as a supervisor of specified group of staffed employees
  • Act as a key contact point for internal resource team, and communicate client needs to the resourcing team
  • Manage the customer communication on staffing needs on specific client accounts 
  • Work closely with business leaders and HR to ensure to support business growth in the specified client accounts 
  • Ensure to comply with company’s policies as well as procedures and communicate these to the employees on-site
  • Ensure constant corporate image across the staffing process
  • Organize client interviews for the screened candidate pool
  • Carry out supervisor responsibility
  • Assume responsibility for timekeeping and time off requests
  • Arrange travel to the working local and agree with the client about the practicalities
