Social Media Content Labeler (m/f/d) with Arabic

Overview of tasks

  • Review and classify content according to set guidelines
  • Label and comment content according to social media brand’s policies
  • Train an AI, to detect policy violations automatically and forward them to our content moderation teams
  • Handle user queries and help resolve them accurately and on time
  • Contents involved can contain graphic images or offensive content

What we expect:

  • Fluent written and spoken communication skills in Arabic and English are essential
  • Willing to move to Germany as soon as possible
  • Valid working permit for Germany / EU citizenship
  • Affinity with online media and social networks
  • Strengths in efficiency, accuracy and empathy
  • Awareness for current cultural, political and social events
  • Goal-oriented and meticulous work approach
  • Flexibility and willingness to work in shifts
