Description and Requirements


You will be responsible for:

  • Manage adherence to daily rosters and time keeping
  • Manage Workflow Queues effectively allocating resources as needed
  • Effective use of resources to achieve service levels and performance
  • Work closely with different stakeholder management to cover adherence monitoring across shifts
  •  Fulfillment of further requirements of our partners

We expect:

  • Exemplary analytical skills and number affinity
  • Very good MS Excel skills (such as formula calculation, formatting, pivot charts)
  • Communication skills and teamwork
  • Innovation and a high degree of flexibility
  • Good time management and workload prioritization skills
