Position Overview

As part of this role you will be responsible for providing outstanding support to our clients customers via chat and email only.

You will be responsible for helping our clients’ customers with any day-to-day related queries. You will play a key role in sustaining and developing their customer base as well as maintaining the high quality customer service levels they offer their clients. You will troubleshoot quickly and efficiently, providing responses to the highest standards of professional customer service.

Salary: 23K

Start Date: 7th December

● Customer Support - You are an attentive, empathetic, caring, friendly and helpful team member, who supports external clients via email and chat. Always aiming to deliver outstanding support to our client's customers and going above and beyond in your day to day duties.

● Strong communication skills in English

● Previous customer support experience is an advantage

● Comfortable working with computers (email and chat support),  working with multiple systems and able to learn and adapt to new ones

● Basic computer and internet navigation skills

● Strong customer focus
