Description and Requirements

As a Team Manager you will have the opportunity to lead by example and aim to create a positive and enjoyable working environment for all team members. You will be responsible for the management of the whole team and drive it towards the success of it. 

  • Manage the Leadership Team of the project
  • Take care of escalated issues when necessary and provide timely feedback; Investigate and respond to issues raised by a client
  • Ensure that targets are met: Service Level, KPI’s, Quality, etc.
  • Proactively propose improvements and optimizations. Provide feedback in processes and ways of working
  • Be actively involved in the recruitment process, training, development and engagement of the team
  • Perform supervisory duties including scheduling, reporting, supervision, prioritizing workloads and delegating tasks
  • Report Ops. performance to the Account General Manager
Our Requirements:
  • To be passionate about Gaming
  • To understand how Player Support and Gaming communities work and live
  • At least one year of relevant experience (BPO and/or CRM working experience)
  • Proven experience in managing Supervisors and Subject Matter Experts 
  • People management experience and leadership skills
  • Excellent command in English both spoken and written
  • Strong client and results orientation
  • Problem-solving and decision making skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written form with internal teams and management, and with our customers
  • Ability to prioritize and address multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment
Will be considered an advantage if you have:  
  • Knowledge of TELUS Administrative /Bulgarian Law/ Procedures
  • GSuite knowledge
  • Excellent command in Spanish, Italian, Russian, Portuguese or German
