Description and Requirements

The Scheduler role is part of the Workforce Management team.

Main responsibilities:

-analyze the operational projects supported according to the provisions obtained from the Resource Planner and/or according to the dynamics of the activity
-create the work schedule for the employees of the project
-provide a high level of adherence for the completion of the agreed projects 

What we expect:

- Medium abilities in the verbal and written interaction in the English language
- Availability for a schedule in shifts, covering Monday to Friday 11 am - 10 pm
- Very good communication skills
- Minimum 1 year experience within the field of Workforce Management

Technical skills requested:

- Very good computer skills (Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Working knowledge of requirements / demands in call center operations
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
