The Recruitment Manager is responsible for Leading the strategy to grow the organization in a fast pace environment by suggesting and implementing action plans, new technologies, enhanced processes and procedures, all to achieve the KPIs set up around the growth requirement in Quetzaltenango. 

Main Responsibilities:
Oversees of daily operations in regards to system-wide recruitment functions to include: the identification, screening, interview, hire, pre-employment screening process and the initial on-boarding of new employees into the facilities, assures legally compliance with policies and laws related to employment. Maintains adequate reports regarding the daily operations of recruitment and effectiveness of recruitment efforts.

Requirements
Meeting or exceeding all metrics in your current role for the last 3 months
Minimum of 1 year as TELUS International employee
