The Recruitment Analyst is responsible for recruiting talent through external efforts program in order to get the best talent  representing the Telus brand.


Main Responsibilities:

Planning activities for the sourcing program; and control the image and perception of the company; plan and implement strategies for attracting talent to get at least 50% of take rate of recruitments; control the results of activities carried out to monitor effectiveness and return on investment. Requirements

  • Meeting or exceeding all metrics in your current role for the last 3 months

  • Minimum of 95% Attendance

  • Minimum of 1 year months as TELUS International employee

  • Minimum of 1 year in current position and account

  • No active disciplinary processes

  • Schedule flexibility

  • Participation in initiatives Telus International

Studies

  • University Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field - Desirable

  • One year experience in recruitment and selection.

  • Interview Techniques - Advanced

  • Completed online Courses of IAspire Essentials - Mandatory
