Your responsibilities:

  • Ability to lead by example and aim to create a positive and enjoyable working environment for all team members
  • Able to manage multiple teams with up to 100+ people
  • Take care of escalated issues when necessary; Investigate and respond to issues raised by a client and provide timely feedback
  • Meet the targets, Service Level, KPI’s, Quality, etc.
  • Proactively propose improvements, optimizations and provide feedback in processes and ways of working
  • Be involved in the recruitment process, training, development and engagement of the team
  • Performing supervisory duties including scheduling, reporting to management, supervision, prioritizing workloads and delegating tasks

Our requirements: 

  • Minimum 3 years of work experience on a similar role
  • At least one year of relevant experience (BPO and/or CRM working experience);
  • People management experience and leadership skills
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English
  • Strong client and results orientation
  • Problem-solving and decision making skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written form with internal teams and management, and with customers
  • Ability to prioritize and address multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment
