Your responsibilities:

  • Establish partnerships with universities, schools and educational institutions
  • Communicate with various institutions, external agencies, government departments
  • Support creative sourcing strategies and organize different company activities and candidates’ events (company presentations, career fairs, professional events, virtual fairs, etc.) 
  • Administrate and manage an internal and external referral program
  • Visit team members and promote referral program, procedures and policies
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends
  • Prepare sourcing statistics and other reporting as needed
  • Participate in projects and other initiatives as required

Our requirements:

  • Excellent English language skills
  • Strong communications and influencing skills
  • Well organized and creative self-starter with abilities to plan work, establish appropriate priorities, and meet deadlines
  • Ability to multitask and proactive behaviour
  • Positive and professional attitude
  • Previous experience in the filed will be considered as an advantage
  • Bachelor Degree 
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
