What will be your daily challenges?

  • Perform sourcing and screening of candidates’ resumes
  • Conduct interviews with candidates (phone or face-to-face) and assess their competencies, qualifications, skills and previous employment
  • Build effective working relationships with local Hiring Managers
  • Utilize and maintain recruitment technology system, trackers and candidates’ pipeline
  • Participate in job fairs/events and college/universities recruiting initiatives
  • Ensure the recruitment information is properly maintained for reporting purposes
  • Promote the mission, vision and culture of TELUS International

What are our expectations?

  • Fluency in Turkish
  • Very good level of English
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience
  • Positive and professional attitude
  • Strong communication, interpersonal skills and attention to details
  • Negotiation and facilitation abilities
  • Experience in an outsourcing industry is a strong advantage
  • Bachelor Degree or current study in Human Resources, Psychology or related area
