Position Summary
  • Supports the Human Resource function in the areas of people metrics, data validation, reporting, and advanced and predictive analytics and collaborates with subject matter experts to improve overall strategic and operational performance. 
  • Serves as Project Manager for HR projects involving system/process/policy changes, upgrades, enhancements or compliance driven initiatives.
Functional Responsibilities
  • Provides management support to the Human Resource function in the areas of people metrics, reporting, and advanced and predictive analytics.
  • Supports the Human Resource leadership team to identify business challenges and use data analysis to help influence changes to the operations, process or programs.
  • Utilizes technology and analytical tools to develop and analyze enterprise-wide people and other cross-functional data as needed.
  • Communicates findings to senior management via formal presentations, standard management reporting artifacts on periodic/quarterly/annual basis.
  • Creates, maintains, and ensures quality assurance of key human resources data sets, reports, and metrics.
  • Serves as the domain expert for human capital analytics.
  • Collaborates with subject matter experts across the HR service areas (HR Business Partners, Compensation and Benefits, Learning and Development, Talent Acquisition, etc) to promote data governance and stewardship, and to improve overall strategic and operational performance and insight.
  • Supports HR across the employment areas; including the management of data validation, timelines, deadlines and completion of data clean-up. Supports the development of process changes that rectify data discrepancies.
  • Serves as Project Manager for HR projects involving system/process/policy changes, upgrades, enhancements or compliance driven initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications for External Applicants:
  • Internal Customer: All Departments and Functions.
  • External Customer: Partner Bank; Government Institutions (SSS, Pag-ibig, Philhealth & BIR), HMO, Life Insurance, Other external parties/organization (conducting verification).
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
  • Work Experience: 2+  years applicable analysis and/or reporting experience.
  • Technical Skills: PowerPoint and Excel experience, skills in the analysis and re-engineering of systems, processes, and procedures, skills in developing policy and procedure documentation and Advanced skills in project planning and project management.
