The Learning Services Supervisor is responsible for managing, monitoring and developing the group of Learning Services Specialists under his charge, he is also responsible for ensuring the quality of the performance of the candidates and graduates by providing the necessary tools for the team to perform its tasks. He/she must ensure the continued fulfillment of the goals sought by the client.

The Learning Services Supervisor is responsible for managing, monitoring and developing the group of Learning Services Specialists under his charge, he is also responsible for ensuring the quality of the performance of the candidates and graduates by providing the necessary tools for the team to perform its tasks. He/she must ensure the continued fulfillment of the goals sought by the client.


This person is in charge of the professional development plan of the team and should be in permanent contact with the LS Manager and the AGM to align the training strategy with the account's requirements. The TL will have to ensure the compliance with the LS standard processes and report the performance of its team (Trainers and trainees) through the official channels. Will be in charge of special projects and should participate in the planning and staff meetings.



Main Responsibilities:

Prepare and develop work plans previously determined by the client together to their assigned team, develop collaborative working techniques and skills, implement and qualify assessments to measure the performance level of the team, providing constant monitoring metrics assigned to the team and quality standards required by the account, implementation of action plans, among others.

      • Appropriate use of language.

  • Motivation Theory - Advanced.

  • Development and reporting.

  • Knowledge of principles and methods for training design.

  • Learning and development techniques.

  • Design and development of training materials.


Studies & Experience:

  • Third year or graduate of Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related career - Desirable.

  • 1 year experience in the areas of education, training or related - Desirable.

  • Experience leading learning projects locally or globally - Desirable

  • Participation in programs and teaching techniques - Desirable.
