Your responsibilities:
  • Assist our players with any issues they might experience or report via Chat or Email only!
  • To be every player's trusty advisor
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction 
  • Focus on the player and strive to provide the ultimate player experience
  • Collaborate with our team in order to drive continuous improvement of internal and external processes
Our requirements: 
  • Passionate about Gaming
  • Be fluent in French and have a good level of English
  • Understand how Player Support and Gaming communities work and live
  • Enjoy communication with people
  • Self-motivated and outgoing person
  • Have a friendly personality and a troubleshooting mentality
