Our goal is to provide excellent customer service via email, solve questions or comments related to games, gameplay, in game transactions etc. Ensuring customer satisfaction while providing information on the services provided by our client and guide them effectively to solve problems or issues they may have.

Requirements:

  • Problem-solving and Decision Making Skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish priorities.
Knowledge:
  • English - Intermediate-Advanced
  • Oral and written comprehension (Grammar)
  • Appropriate use of language (Excellent written communication)
  • Minimum typing of 40 words per minute.
  • Knowledge of gaming platforms - Required.

Studies & Experience:
A third-year level or graduate of Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related career - Desirable.
Experience in Gaming Accounts - Desirable.
