Facilities Project Manager

The Facilities Project Manager is responsible to provide and optimize the right physical infrastructure for the adequate development of jobs and services of the organization. Coordinate the administrative services and the logistical support of the equipment supply. Plan, direct, and coordinate overall integration of technical activities in architecture projects.

Main Responsibilities:
Care for commun goods, making them, their necessary preventive and corrective maintenance, provide guidance to internal and external customers in procedures, products, and internal rules, prepare administrative guidelines for management of Facilities & Infrastructure according to the policies and strategies, reviewing or writing reports, approving expenditures, enforcing rules, or purchasing of materials or service, present and explain proposals, reports, or findings, consult or negotiate with clients to prepare project specifications, direct recruitment, placement, and evaluation of architecture project staff.

Knowledge:
Proficiency with MS Office applications (i.e. MS Word, Excel).
English - B2 CEFRL (Oral and written comprehension).
General knowledge from Information Technology, Call Center Operations and Organization.
Methods and principles of general building maintenance.
Principles and practices of contract administration.
Knowledge of construction processes.
2D and 3D Autocad - Advanced.
Rendering management software.
3D presentations - Advanced.
Knowledge of design techniques.
Vendor and materials management.

Studies & Experience:
Degree in Business Administrator.
2+ years general office experience.
Experience in building management, procurement, including the preparation of specifications and contract negotiations.
