Description and Requirements
The IS Project Manager is responsible to manage all capital projects and ensures successful on-time, on-budget delivery of projects. Responsibilities include determining project scope, planning resources, time management, budget control and management tied to business cases, tracking project progress, risks management and calculation, monitoring and controlling project internal metrics. Collaborates with all internal departments, operations and/or vendors to ensure proper alignment to the project strategy, objectives within budget. Main Responsibilities: Estimating time and financial commitment done in business cases and creation of project plans, time management, managing changes, and define, schedule and accurately estimate tasks durations to develop and maintain a realistic project plan, manage issues and risks, monitor and control them, to avoid negative impact in the projects. Monitor progress, measure project metrics, by collecting and analyzing data from existent project management software or any other source that will allow to compare and action when needed for reporting and documentation, creating and controlling communication strategies for stakeholders, keeping stakeholders updated of project status on a periodic manner, works with client to identify required changes and communicates to business analyst and development team, among others. | ||
