Description and Requirements

Your role:

As an active member of TELUS International, you will be in the heart of a major TELUS transformation program supporting it as a Java Developer.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications.
  • Responsible for the detailed design, documentation, development, unit testing, and maintenance
  • of applications.
  • Support requirements gathering, solution designing, and planning phases.
  • Be an active team member, and support other developers / QA / BA.


Required Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience using Java, and Spring Boot Framework.
  • 2+ years of experience using NodeJs and Express Framework.
  • 2+ years of experience with Microservices.
  • Good communication skills / English.


Desirable Skills:

  • Experience any Cloud Provider (GCP, AWS or Azure).
  • Experience in Agile Methodologies (SCRUM / Kanban).
  • Experience working with remote teams.
