    Position Overview

    Supporting one of the world’s most successful  fitness equipment brands that embraced new concepts in fitness and exercising, you will be dealing with customer who prefer to use private indoor cycling studio in their homes. 

    Member Support Associates are responsible for providing exceptional customer service to new and existing customers. This role will assist customers from 9 am to 9 pm across 7 days and will specialize in all technical aspects of the product. Successful candidates will be experts at troubleshooting hardware and software problems, diagnosing issues, and strive to efficiently resolve any technical problems.

    Customer Support - Operational Beauty is one of Telus International (former Voxpro) that will resonate  with you, making you an attentive, empathetic, caring, friendly and helpful team member, who supports external clients via phone, email and chat as well as being an asset to the  internal colleagues. Always aiming to deliver outstanding support to the users and going above and beyond in your day to day duties.

           Drive for Results - This role will bring a strong level of ownership for your personal success in reaching your targets on a daily basis. You will go the extra mile to find creative solutions to accommodate customer requests and queries. As part of your role in the this project, you will answer inbound calls and emails from customers  and providing support in an efficient and timely manner. You will troubleshoot, negotiate and provide information and solutions to customers and do so with the highest standards of professional customer care.

         Resilience- You will enjoy working in a dynamic fast paced environment where you are ready to step outside your comfort zone from time to time.     Min Requirements:

    - Fluency in English and German

    - Previous customer support experience is an advantage

    - Comfortable working with computers and phones and the ability to work with multiple systems and the ability to learn and adapt to new ones

    - Willing to work full time on shifting schedules

    - Have a positive attitude and energy

    -  Be a team player!  

    -  Creative problem-solving

    -  Be able to communicate clearly regarding technical issues with customers and engineering teams

    - Ability to build deep knowledge of our products to best assist all customers

    - Understand the right questions to ask  in order to resolve any problem efficiently

    - Available to work from 9am – 9pm and flexible around weekends

    - Have the ability to positively manage customer inquiries regarding the product, the experience, coaching customers and provide general information about the studio

    - Experience within retail, hospitality and/or customer facing roles

    - Must have the ability to multitask

    - Working knowledge of computers and hardware
