Description and Requirements

Drive the Continuous Improvement (CI) culture of TELUS International within the region and support global initiatives aligned to this. Facilitates the identification of process improvement opportunities across different areas. Strategic thinking is required to manage organization-wide strategic initiatives that will directly affect overall company objectives. The foundation of continuous improvement in TI is Lean Six Sigma (LSS), however, this role requires added value by recommending other methodologies more suitable to the needs of internal and external stakeholders whenever LSS is not a fit. Hence, being well-versed with industry best practices is a must. Managing senior leader stakeholders is one of the major tenets of this role by ensuring the voice of the customer and the business is constantly identified with their changing needs and market shifts. Lastly, this role will require support of sales excellence, both potential and existing clients for growth, in being able to present TI’s differentiation through the value of continuous process improvements.
