Reporting to the SVP and Chief Legal Officer, as an Associate General Counsel focused on litigation, employment and related matters, you will partner with our People & Culture, Operations and Finance teams as well as a range of leaders and team members to shape our global response to litigation risk, employment best practices, pension obligations and any other practice area that develops your value. You will continue to enhance our strong, collaborative relationship with clients and expand our impact in shaping strategy 



  • Strengthen relationships with business leaders by cultivating a deep understanding of their business and providing proactive, solution-oriented advice 
  • Strive to continuously advance legal and business practices by driving new approaches  and process improvements 
  • Lead our litigation strategy and related practices as well as maintain conduct of key files 
  • Evolve leading legal employment practices and provide expert consultative advice on executive and acquisition driven employment matters 
  • Oversee pension compliance, legal risks and enhance related governance practices 
  • Share your expertise, mentor and coach other team members to develop the next generation of legal talent

Required Knowledge  and Skills 

  • Advanced knowledge in call center operations and organization required
  • Active license to practice law 
  • Minimum of 5 years leading complex commercial litigation
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in a large, complex, and dynamic organization 


  • Must be respected for your legal skills, business acumen, initiative, creativity, learning-oriented mindset and collaborative style 
  • Confident at engaging and interacting with sophisticated stakeholders, internally and externally 
  • Effectively communicate legal advice (including written) to a diverse audience
  • Successfully manage multiple, concurrent litigation files 
  • Excellence in execution and follow-through on the delivery of commitments 
  • Qualified to practice law in California and one other jurisdiction 
  • International work experience 
  • Fluency in Spanish or French a plus
  • Experience in customer and supplier contracts as well as corporate governance matters
